Roselli's vegetable lasagna with alfredo sauce, or white sauce depending on who you ask, is based on a classic recipe: roasted zucchini, carrots, tomatoes, spinach and onions are layered between freshly-made noodles, mozzarella and shredded parmesan cheeses then doused in our homemade alfredo sauce. It's white vegetable lasagna with a real kick to your taste buds.
Sauce Ingredients: Whle milk, butter, parmesan cheese (made from cow's milk), salt, garlic and spices

Filling Ingredients: Carrots, spinach, zucchini, onions, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese (cultured park skim milk, salt enzymes), salt, parsley

Pasta Ingredients: Wheat flour (durum semolina, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine, mono-nitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, eggs


REMOVE LID. Cover with foil. PLACE ON BAKING SHEET. Fresh: Bake in preheated oven (350°) for 45 min. Frozen: Bake in preheated oven (350°) for 1 hour. Heat until internal product temperature reaches 160° or greater.


REMOVE LID. Fresh: High 6-8 minutes. Frozen: High 12-14 minutes.
